Human Rights Advocacy

Working alongside local NGOs and community partners, you will help raise awareness, educate communities, and advocate for equal rights.

Children’s Rights & Early Childhood Development

Art in Tanzania collaborates with a strong Children’s Rights program through NGO consortia, comprising more than 30 NGOs, including UNICEF, Save the Children, SOS, PLAN, and the Tanzanian government. Help improve educational opportunities, protection, and well-being for children from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Activities may include:

  • Supporting nursery schools
  • Assisting orphanages
  • Organizing educational activities
  • Promoting children’s rights
  • Supporting children with disabilities
  • Educational outreach in rural communities

You may contribute to projects that address child protection, child labor, violence prevention, and access to education. 

Women’s Empowerment & Gender Equality

Many women in Tanzania face significant social and economic challenges, including limited access to education, financial resources, employment opportunities, and knowledge of their fundamental rights, making them more vulnerable to poverty, inequality, and abuse. Therefore, we support women in becoming economically independent while promoting equal rights and opportunities.
