We are a Tanzanian non-governmental organisation with additional registration in Finland, dedicated to empowering communities through sustainable development, education, health initiatives, environmental advocacy, and human rights programs.
Based in Madale Village in Dar es Salaam, we work closely with local schools, orphanages, healthcare institutions, businesses, and community leaders to create long-term, people-driven change.
Live and Work Within the Community
Unlike traditional volunteer tourism programs, we operate directly within the local community. This allows participants to build genuine relationships, better understand Tanzanian culture, and contribute to projects with real local involvement.
Our long-standing partnerships and community connections across Tanzania help create authentic and meaningful experiences for every volunteer and intern.
We fund our community projects through internship and volunteer program fees and donations. We additionally offer the opportunity to enjoy the country’s unbelievable beauty through safaris and tour packages.
